There are 3 Requirements to become an NRA Instructor in any discipline: 1) Complete the student version of the course you will be teaching. 2) Take an NRA B.I.T. (Basic Instructor Training) course - if not taken within the last 2 years. 3) Complete the Instructor Course for the discipline you will be teaching - including passing a written test and Instructor qualification (handling/shooting). NRA Basics of Shotgun Shooting is the required student course - contact me if needed. All Instructor Candidates will have to pass a shooting qualification standard using clay birds which will be provided beforehand for adequate preparation - although many topics are covered this course is primarily used to train students in shooting clays in Trap/Skeet. For experience shooters who want to teach others in shotgun shooting. You will be able to teach the NRA Basic Shotgun Shooting Course. $25 Deposit Required for booking
