There are 3 Requirements to become an NRA Instructor in any discipline: 1) Complete the student version of the course you will be teaching. 2) Take an NRA B.I.T. (Basic Instructor Training) course - if not taken within the last 2 years. 3) Complete the Instructor Course for the discipline you will be teaching - including passing a written test and Instructor qualification (handling/shooting). Must already be a Certified NRA Range Safety Officer - contact me if needed. For experienced Range Safety Officers who want to teach others as the lead RSO. There is no shooting qualification for this course but instructor candidates will need to pass a written test and handling exercises. You will be able to teach the NRA Basic Range Safety Officer Course and potentially work at commercial indoor ranges training others, gun clubs and supervise at various shooting events and competitions. $25 Deposit Required for booking
